Ramefor organizes visible cost sources, their dates, scopes, and limitations into practical guides and planning tools. A national figure can provide context, but it cannot replace an itemized local contractor quote based on the actual property and written scope.

We design and maintain the calculators and planning logic, the municipal permit decision logic used where those tools are published, source registries, project-scope comparisons, checklists, editorial explanations, and automated tests that connect the product to its documented evidence.

Third-party material

Published market figures, official regulations or guidance, and other expressly cited references come from their identified publishers or agencies. The current standard requires preserving their scope, units, URL, and verification date; migration of existing resources is still pending. We do not present those facts as original Ramefor research.

How we select pages and tools

Under the current standard, a topic must address a distinct planning need and have enough source support or original utility to be meaningfully different from existing material. Publication volume is not a selection goal, and a minor keyword or number change is not sufficient value. Redundant resources identified by the audit are in the approved consolidation process and may temporarily coexist until their destination passes acceptance.

Editorial and technical workflow

This is the required workflow for current research and corrections. It does not establish that every historical page or source has already completed it, including manual review; migration remains pending in batches.

2. Verify sources and record their provenance and dates.
3. Preserve the source's scope, units, and value type.
4. Add Ramefor's analysis, decision logic, or practical utility without attributing it to the source.
5. Manually review the explanation, assumptions, and limitations.
6. Run automated tests for calculations, source links, and editorial behavior.
7. Reverify periodically, then correct or retire material that can no longer be supported.

Editorial principles

• Useful planning context takes priority over publishing more pages.
• Every market figure must retain a visible publisher, URL, scope, and verification date.
• Ranges, averages, and medians remain labeled as the source presents them.
• Calculator results disclose assumptions and limitations rather than promise a project price.
• No credentials, reviews, ratings, people, offices, or experience are invented.

Corrections and product limits

If you find an outdated figure, broken source, incorrect attribution, or unclear explanation, use the contact page to report a correction. We review the source, related logic, visible explanation, and tests before changing the material.
